Create was incredibly proud to win the Children & Young People Now Young Carers Award. It is testament to the hard work and dedication of all those involved in our extensive programme of projects with young carers, from our project managers and artists, to funders and volunteers. Mostly importantly, it is recognition of the creativity and passion of the young carers... Our win has helped us to raise the profile of our work, and project the voices of our young carers... we have been able to increase our engagement with current partners and have been approached by number of potential new partners and funders. This will help us to continue and expand our vital work with young carers across the UK.
